Has a slope that has been exploited to a great design. A house of 600m2 with external walls 7.5 meters high to maintain privacy. The private area is composed of four suites and an office to which you can access very discreetly, and which are at street level.
Areas and social services are in the basement, a large rectangular volume covering the entire lot and the playground completely. Which this detail is extremely important because the natural light through skylights fills the basement that have been placed in the most strategic.
If there is something called a lot of attention is the large main dining table that can seat many diners, 7-meter table to enjoy a feast. 10 meters also feature a sofa. The contrasting black and white and also playing outside the house. The patio has a beautiful palm trees around a pool.
